River Teign Mussels
These absolute wonders from River Teign are easy and quick to prepare, great for around Christmas. Just take them out of the pack, cook off a bit of butter, oil, garlic, shallots and bacon in a pot, add a tiny bit of white wine and then chuck the mussels in for 2-3 minutes until they all pop open. Super clean and delicious.
